hey guys i've found it's posible to drive output power fets with bjt it is called tontem pole. thanks to ir company ir amp9 is similar to what this thread is all about

but produces 1.7kwt instead of the 6kwt as in this thread

My module amp maybe change for many purpose usage

For subwoofer,for pro amplifier,1kw,2kw,....7kw.
All can easy change by way mount components with appropriate quantity on PCB or not mounting.

-Maybe mounting 1,2 or 3 switching power transformer.
-Maybe chose 1,2,3 or 4 pair mosfet output,...
-Maybe mounting XLR connector(bottom layer) to become driver subwoofer(chose plate appropriate heatsink)
-Maybe mounting speaker connector(top layer) to become pro amplifier.

Hix,I was option one PCB for all purpose usage.

Did you mean classD module amplifier 500-1000W/4 ohm load,use linear power supply?

Sorry,i mistyped from 4ohm load become 8ohm load.

If I use 4 ohm load(full bridge),+/-100V,Pmax < 200x200/4 = 10KW(peak) = 7.07kW(rms)
