I have one dought about trans current capabilities during Amp on full load
Assume I have toro trans 50 -0-50vac 800 va
After rectified -/+70 vdc
If my trans secondary winding mignet wire is 2.34mm dim, so 2.34 dim swg mignet wire have current capacity of 16.9 A in 500kcmil/A, 11.3A on 750kcmil/A.
So if my transformar have good efficiency can I get 10 to 12 A current without much voltage drop. Can I get -/+65Vdc with 10 A current, if yes I can get 650 watt.
In Class AB efficiency 70% can I get about 400 watt on 8 ohm From B500 amp. is 6 pair op transi enough.
I know for 400 watt on 8 ohm 55v ac required I can wind few extra turn on secondary.

Andrew T sad once: Assess the SOA capability of the output stage by using the relationship: Maximum Output power is ~ Total output device power rating divided by 4.This applies to normal Class AB amplifiers. Eg for class AB using a 4pair output stage of 250W devices equates to total device power rating of 2000W. Maximum power is ~ 500W.

On 700Va transformar ,or 1kV transformar required for my setup.

This Regulated PSU can be use for B500.
Hello Apex sir
Can you have combined PSU ckt for B500 one channel and Ax-14 stereo. I don't want regulated PSU. Just feeding with 52-0-52Vac,
can I get two output from PSU 50-0-50Vdc & 72-0-72Vdc for AX-14 and B500 amp respectively. I use toridial transformar, is 700VA is ok or 1000VA required.

I have toroidal core of following size, it's more than 1kva.
so I can wind two 35Vac and two 55Vac on it.
can it is enough for Mono B500 and stereo Ax-14 amp. Because I think total Power requirements is near about 800 Va.

Hello, I'm not able to emulate the B500 in multisim ... what adjustment should be made to run the emulation?

All of this PCB designed by me and manufactured from JLCPCB.
Apex B500 PCB is hand made by me.
Offset voltage is 7mv per channel.
The sound is clear and loud.

Is the diode direction in this sign correct?
The terms in this diode schematic are like 3 volts dc for testing, the led is on, pointing, I plug it as in the pc, the voltage never ends. I guess protection. Is the Apex h900 pnp transistor supposed to take the negative voltage? Which direction should this diode point?

correct on schematic. but i think it was wrong on layout
Sanırım Türk'sün sende.. Senin youtube deki b500 videosunu gördüm .. Bende linearray ve Aktif 18 inc için tasarlıyorum ama bu protect kısmı ters mi düzmü similasyon da bile çalışmadı negatif gerilim verirken. Acaba hangi türlü doğru ?
this forum only english my friend. yes am Turk too. i make it and its working but on the layout diode wrong polarity. "forum sadece ingilizceye izin veriyor layout resminde yönü yanlış ama şemada doğru çizilmiş. ben 2 adet b500 yapmıştım ikiside çalışıyor korumada çalışıyor takılırsan özelden mesaj at yardımcı olmaya çalışırım.
