Ive replaced the irs2092s several times but still no luck. Ive tested the mosfet seems ok but will try to swap both mosfets. Its weird all amplifiers has a similar problem. Only 1 pair is working of channels is working.
What do you mean by:
It muted with dc out 1.3v
Does the DC change when you connect/disconnect a dummy load?
Are the defective channels. the exact same channels on all amps?

No sound and 1.3v measured to all defective channels without load. Yes the output dc changes with load or no load. Ive checked all mosfets seems ok. No leaky mosfets.
3 amplifiers has the same issue.
Check coils, snubber circuit were good.
I think there is a weak parts on this kind of amplifier and needs modification.

What is the change when loaded?
What load are you using?
Does the current draw increase (how much) when the load is connected?
Is the change in current draw the same for all defective channels?

Hi perry. 1.3v gone when load is connected it easily goes to zero volt. Also there is no change in current.

Are the same channel defective in all of the amps?
With a load and signal source connected, have you tried operating all pots and switches through their entire range to see if audio (or noise/static) ever played through?
Do you see rail-rail oscillation on any of the output FETs in any of the channels?

Do you read 0 ohms between the active speaker terminal (not the one that's connected to the secondary ground) and both output transistors for each channel?
IF you do not have measurable (or very low) DC with an 8 ohm load and to boot 1.3V DC appears only when unloaded and muted, then I guess you "do NOT have a problem".
Maybe "nothing is broken" but simply under those conditions the output squarewave or duty cycle is not perfectly symmetrical and that´s read as a small DC component.
