How is the SPL? I've recently gone funny with small projects too, but SPL and range was not good enaugh. So now I squeeze 6.5" driver in my hands in hope it will make respectable output in 30-35Hz Tapped horn.

The amplifier is generic TPA3116 2.1 with crossover at about 120Hz.

The Max SPL I pushed with this amp and 80W power supply (which means about 30w to subwoofer) was 95db. Could have pushed a bit more, but as port is undersized it quickly starts chuffing after that and sub is already approaching xmax without proper port. Nevertheless I'm fully satisfied with it as my room is less than 15 m2 and I mostly use it under 80db.

One is without any corrections, another one is adjusted using Equalizer APO (15 filters). That is as close as I got to flat response in one hour of work.

Just finished my second tapped horn (proof of concept, 34Hz-er), and again, it does big things compared to what driver is used in there.

But it´s nothing like yours in size. I has proved itself once again, that bassreflex enclosure still holds its own for power density.
