At Firstwatt Nelson has said that he has an upcoming project or 2 that use these rather rare devices. I wouldn't mind picking up a pair of the 2sk180 devices if I only knew a cheap yet reliable source. Anyone have a source for them that they recomend ?
You may find a member here who has some and is willing to part with them... As for commercial sources? I doubt anybody has any. (I could be wrong...)

They delivered as promised and I'm pretty sure they are genuine, but I haven't
had the chance to play with them yet.

2SK77B's, I don't know where you'll find them unless you know the guy who
owns Digital Do Main. I got a few as a gift.

although I most part of the day have to struggle with (aeronautics) work issues, I set up a 2SK82 based SE amp working at relative high voltages (OP around 140V/0.2A). Seems to work quite ok, with the first stage being tube driven. Output wattage is ok, but...
I'm therefore interested to move towards either even higher voltages or higher currents. (Checked you video with the 180's curves..)
Would it be possible to ask for one or even two pairs of 2SK180's? Maybe a PM would be appropriate ?

probably much more watts in single-ended
Hope we see with little chance schematic from ingineers laboratory
