Corsair says this:
TM30 thermal paste helps you push your PC to its limit, with a low-viscosity premium zinc oxide thermal material that’s easy to apply.
Zinc oxide means it could be electrically conductive meaning you will need some insulating pads unless you want to connect electrically the sit to the heataink.
^ Nice call out, and it's good to be cautious, but Corsair has this to say...
"TM30 is non-conductive and contains zero volatile compounds, making it safe for both you and your PC."
