ok i found 2sc4793/1837.is it good for them to drive?
And on input stage ia have 2n5401.
One more question my freinds, can i use 1 pair of 2sc2922/1216.Rail voltage +/-50v?

Several Japanese designs used that combination of driver and output in medium power amplifiers. It's been a standard recipe for medium power, high quality audio for around 20 years. It should be fine for 1 or 2 pairs of outputs at +/-50V but if you wan't more power, you need higher rail voltages as well as heavier drivers anyway.
2N5401 or 2N5551 at the input have a few things, like 120V Vce and reasonable gain going for them but you can get better noise figures from KSC1845/A992 without trying too hard. These are about the best available types for the input stage and any medium voltage, low noise, low level audio application. They are replacements for the obsolete 2SC2240/2SA970 that were once very popular. If you are going to use these high quality power transistors, it would seem silly to then use standard grade parts in the input stage. I would try to source the best types you can, in economical quantities.
If you are not following other threads where all these details of suitable transistor types and matches are discussed many time over, at least view the schematics of contributors like Ostripper, Dadod, Vzaichenko and others who regularly design and redesign some exemplary amplifiers with these or similar parts. Look closely at the designs and the types used in them. You'll find similarities with your own, developing ideas.

I don't know how they do it, but ''profusionplc'' seems to be the cheapest for Sanken audio transistors.
It's a good source because Exicon list profusionplc as preferred partner.

I posted this in your other thread, in case you wonder where the reference came from. They are UK based distributors with a significant European network.

Looks very good and price also.Im not lucky as you are,i cant buy them from here.We dont have visa card 🙂

They are reliable, and very very fast with the delivery. I used them few times in the last 2-3 years.
Sajti
any news concerning additional reliable delivery sources for genuine SANKEN versions ?
The delivery source under
Transistors ("buy online",userlang) | Profusion
seems to be one of the most reliable ordering address.
It is striking that the power output devices in the MT-200 outline costs almost four times as much as those in MT-100 outline.

but no 2sa1216
Few years back I was buying them from digikey but no more

Correct. They are now obsolete, as are all Sanken MT200 package power transistors. Smaller package, TO3P LAPT types are still available though and many will be the same chips inside. Check the manufacturers current product list and specs and see for yourself: Bipolar Transistors |Sanken Electric
please help me to find out fake or not. Here they are.Thank you all.Hfe is 100
This must be fake, Chinese imitation🙁
