Hi folks,
Another bargain. I have 20 x 2SA1301 PLUS 20 X 2SC3280 for sale for $3.00 AUS each, but there's a catch here too. You can only buy them in complementary pairs i.e; $6.00 for one of each. Postage to be added.
The specs of these are just superb 160v / 120w / 30Mhz / Hfe 55(min). The printing on the 2SC3280 is hard to read in the piccie.
Cheers
Quasi

are there any amp schematics that use this 2sa1301/2sc3280 combo? I got a bunch of these things and I don't know what to do with them. I'm hoping to build an amp with them.
Hi Cotdt,
These can be used in many complementary class A/B amplifier designs using rails of up to 70v or so.
The 2SA1301 and 2SC3280 are excellent transistors and with the right schematic and layout will help create a top class amplifier. Just watch the power handling though, you will probably need to parallel a few.
So if you gottem I say usem.
Cheers

Hello Quasi, I'm a noob when it comes to design, so would you mind giving me a link to simple schematic using one pair of these per channel?

Hi Stormrider,
I got a few circuits about the place that will work well with these transistors. Send me an email, and I'll reply with a good one.

Hi Quasi,
im after some of those transistors ,do you have any left? if you do let me know , thank you , Cheers
