Hi folks,

Another bargain. I have 20 x 2SA1301 PLUS 20 X 2SC3280 for sale for $3.00 AUS each, but there's a catch here too. You can only buy them in complementary pairs i.e; $6.00 for one of each. Postage to be added.

The specs of these are just superb 160v / 120w / 30Mhz / Hfe 55(min). The printing on the 2SC3280 is hard to read in the piccie.

Cheers
Quasi

Hi Cotdt,

These can be used in many complementary class A/B amplifier designs using rails of up to 70v or so.

The 2SA1301 and 2SC3280 are excellent transistors and with the right schematic and layout will help create a top class amplifier. Just watch the power handling though, you will probably need to parallel a few.

So if you gottem I say usem.

Cheers

Hello Quasi, I'm a noob when it comes to design, so would you mind giving me a link to simple schematic using one pair of these per channel?
