There is a new thread, extension of this one but use Class A as main amp and Class B as the power supply bootstraps.

Version with ClassA + ClassD did not go good as the ClassD amp was not up to the task.
I used old ClassD board from China, and I have to use better one from reputable company, but those are quite expensive for me.
