What is the DC voltage on pin 3 of the other 2 LM339s?

Is there any corrosion on the board?

Any burned traces (top or bottom)?

only burnt spot was the diode, and ill check the pin 3 on the other LM339's and post again. No corrosion anywhere, its really clean, i have went over it a few times looking, but i will again.

Maybe I got messed up Perry but u5 and u4 pin 3 is 11.51v the u1 has this in it

sorry about the sideways picture of values, here is the u5's values, u4 matches on pin 3 and they are Volts.

You have 8-14 reversed. Post the voltage on pins of U4 (double-check voltages and pin numbering).

Lift the bottom two terminals of D9 or remove it.

Does the amp power up? Be careful. It could have problems that cause it to draw excessive current. Be prepared to remove power from it quickly.

OK. If that happens the PS will shut off. I'll post the results

OK so I removed d9 and still both power and thermal is same yellow light but the Rockford red symbol lights up, no audio still. And pin 3 on both u5 & u4 are now 13.25v

If the logo is lit, the amp's power supply is producing output.

The thermal LED is still connected to the 339 so it's still being driven on. The 339 for the thermal detect was disconnected from the amp when you lifted D9.

Connect a speaker and signal source to the amp and operate all pots and switches through their entire range to see if you can get audio or any noise from the amp.

I couldnt get a single sound from the amp. adjusted the gain and frequency, was unsuccessful to get anything.
