If the logo is lit, the amp's power supply is producing output.
The thermal LED is still connected to the 339 so it's still being driven on. The 339 for the thermal detect was disconnected from the amp when you lifted D9.
Connect a speaker and signal source to the amp and operate all pots and switches through their entire range to see if you can get audio or any noise from the amp.
