Thank you, under that power supply board there are the screws which holds the transformers, maybe there was one touching, the cracks from the power supply board sounded like static electricity discharge, i bet was a short to the ground under the board.
Greatly appreciated your help

Success

I got it working.
1. the power supply power transistor was bad and damaged some more components on the power supply board. The ebay seller send me a new power supply board minus the capacitors. Then finally I got the regulated power output voltage within the range.
2. next it was a very stupid mistake, I reversed the polarity for then inputs at the potentiometer, I think this would explain why the amplifier would briefly work when I pull out the power cord.
3. the assembly instructions which you can find on ebay item description is outdated and very poor. If you buy this amplifier ask the seller to give you the most up to date assembly instructions. They are all in Chinese but the pictures are very detailed and self explanatory.

I bought the same kit as the OP from ebay form the same vendor, 13W*2 6P14/EL84 Push-pull HiFi Class AB Stereo Tube Integrated Amplifier DIY KIT | eBay a while back and just getting around to building it.

Thanks. Wasn't sure how to contact the OP so was hoping a post to this thread would notify them and they could help out. Not sure why the same seller the OP used sent him the assembly pdf and only sent me the 2 schematics of the main boards. I have contacted the seller again and asked specifically for the assembly pdf and waiting to hear back from the seller. I can probably assemble from the schematics; however, there's a bunch of pre-cut wires included in the kit and not sure where they all land. Thanks for the input.

@Eliad, any chance you could share the assembly pdf with me please? I purchased from same vendor as yourself; however, he only sent 2 schematics for the main boards and when I asked for the DJ100 Assembeld Manual, I got no reply. The link on his ebay page no longer works,
