Try the search feature in the thread. “Stuffing” and “amount” gives several hits. I have answered this many times before.

Some progress
I always wanted to be able to drive the same speakers through an active xo too. Therefore this box will not contain the xo, but connections for low and high. The xo is in its own box, with low and high outputs. So I can use the speaker with this passive xo or through the 6/24 active xo with 2x2 power amps

Hi X,
I am now about to apply the alubutyl damping stuff and your picture below helps much. But I can't look into the rear chamber (and I've found pictures with different versions), so I would need some advice: should the Noico be applied in the full length of the side panels in the rear chamber? I don't want to apply too much because I don't want to overdampen the box and kill the sound.
My assistance waits already...
Thanks in advance.

Hi Istvan,
It’s ok to apply butyl damping sheet to the rear chamber side panels as well. It doesn’t need 100% coverage as shown. Even 75% is enough. I like your helper - very handsome looking Abyssinian? Don’t worry about damping too much. That’s the point as we want the cabinet to not contribute vibrations.

Alu-butyl damping (almost) done, I will do the rest behind the speaker after mounting the cone on the front baffle. Tomorrow I will make the cutouts for the speaker - for the first time ever in my life, so wish me luck
