100W Ultimate Fidelity Amplifier

Now add multi pin pitch for all the capacitors.
Orient all the elctrolytics so that they all face in the SAME direction. 3 face left and 3 face right.

Hi Andrew T,
Done. updated file attached. all electrolytics face the same direction. No error in assembly!
Hi Bimo,
Thanks for the suggested values and updated the same for LED + jumper. what are the values for R4 and R6 in case of D1 + LED option? or should one try experimentally?
regards
Prasi

Hi all,
if there are no further comments, I will post the PCB bottom and and silk for any builders, But remember, it is not tested design, only simulated by Mr. Bimo. I think this could be a nice off shoot / variation of the APEX AX 11 with modifications done to improve slew rate and THD. See attached screen shot.

Hi Prasi, Are radial leaded 5W resistors available in Pune? And if its available can you PM me price. Its unavailable here in Ranchi.

Regards,
Sonal Kunal.

Hi Sonal,
They are not available here, I was planning to get them from mouser. Also in the layout I have provided extra set of pads for mounting axial resistors vertically. BTW, what do you think about my layout of AX 11? any comments?

Hello Mr. Mile,
I want to use NE555 protect on the AX11 (post no. 5402). (The NE555 as per schematic of post no.2323.) Since i want to use it in a small boombox, I have combined PSU and left and right channel protects in a single PCB. The layout is attached.
If I understand correctly, the pro pin on the NE555 can be directly connected to emitter resistor of any amp between resistor and output device. OR we need to add on some more components as per post no. 2330?

Also what is the grounding scheme of protect circuit for the layout attached?

NE555 protect use overload detector circuit from AX14P or HV23. For AX11 I suggest this protect.

Thanks Mr. Mile for the reply. But still, the anti click, DC and thermal will work in the above posted layout with NE555?
Also for the schematic of protect suggested by you, do you have a pcb ? I tried searching, but couldn't find in this thread
