R76 was stepped 1M, 2.2M and 4.7M and could be seen how CMRR improves with higher values, and with that less influenced by the source output impedance imbalance.

I plan to make SMT layout in near future, so if you have a list of recommended transistors, specially those for higher voltage and VAS I would appreciate it.
I used Cordells models for my simulation, but not sure how correct are rbb.

There are off course the SMT equivalents:

BC550/BC560 -> BC850/BC860
BC327/BC337 -> BC807/BC817

The classic japanese types:

2SA970/2SC2240 -> FJV992/FJV1845, 2SA1312/2SC3324

I also like the Diodes (Zetex), they still have plenty of interesting parts....

C29 (C23?) & C24 take interference currents into the audio ground. That will probably have an effect on amplifier performance.
Instead move these RF attenuating capacitors so that they take interference directly into the Chassis.
