I notice the rest of your furniture doesn't come from IKEA...
Curtains for reflex reduction:
IKEA | Window textiles | Curtains | SANELA | Pair of curtains
SANELA looks good and valuable.
In addition, I used the LINDMON as the "diffusor" on the back wall. LINDMON is not bad at all though it is somewhat light and somewhat thin.
I'm (virtually) modifying my BA chassis and tried the IKEA Metrik kitchen cabinet handles (which comes in two lengths and in black or silver).
My SO picked up some ATTEST handles for my amp build during her last trip over to the "big smoke".

Earlier this year, our little group held a competition to build a 6V6 amp for under $200. It had to be contained in something from Ikea. See

There is a link to the pictures and schematics on the page a couple of inches down. Some of the entries will make you laugh and it really was a lot of fun.

I'd vote for the VÄRDE kitchen cabinet. Excellent workbench at a reasonable price, especially when the wife says "we've got no room for that in the kitchen in the new place, get rid of it..."
(Sorry about the low-quality cellphone pic, haven't unpacked the good camera yet).

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
