Apart from the protracted discussion on driver sag, the HR input screen shown in post #3 does not appear to include a model for the slot. The SPL response should show a pronounced peak between 300 and 350 Hz due to a quarter wave resonance in the slot, which will probably influence your crossover frequency choice.

I'm crossing this over around 80 Hz so I don't think this will be an issue but thanks for bringing it to my attention.
