what is the purpose of increasing the transformer VA or capacitor farad when the output is limited.
can this help in improving sound or whatsoever?
increase the trafo va and capacitor value, which 1 is more reliable and worth it.

Higher VA
Better regulation (less voltage sag under load)
Less radiated heat
More Capacitors for better powersupply smoothing (less ripple voltage)
Lower Output impedance
Lower Output impedance at low frequencies eg 20Hz
Both is good.
I feel loading a transformer at 1/3 it's rating or lower is nice, at 1/2 rating it starts getting quite warm, above half rating is not generally recommended at all. We're fighting a battle of the heat wars. The less radiated heat inside your chassis the better.

that makes no kind of differense with the uninsulated bolt going thru the transformers and connect to ground in both ends.
He can easily isolate.
He could bolt to wood then bolt the wood to the chassis or many other ways.

are you going to feed the 3 toroidals with 3phase power?
then you can use 3 times less caps or with the same caps you will get 3 times less ripple at 3 times the frquency 60hz*3
