So from what i can see the B&C 21DS115 is one of the best drivers for the SKhorn, correct? (not including ipal). Is the 4ohm or 8ohm version better? wired in parallel or series. Sorry for the dumb question :/

Post # 47 has simulated comparisons of various drivers:
18sw115-8, 21sw152-4, 21ds115-8, 18xl1800-8, 21Ipal-1.
Generally, the impedance does not make a driver better or worse, but may be more appropriate for the amplification chosen.

Amazing designs man! I've built a pair of th18s and they perform quite well but looking for the next project to sink my teeth into. Looks like 18" drivers will do pretty well in the skhorn but just wondering if the cab size will need to stay the same with 18 drivers?

The cab will work with various pro 18's but I really recommend using 21's due to their greater displacement potential since this cab is natively tuned quite a bit lower than most other bass bins. Alternatively there is also the single driver version called the Skram.
If you don't find complete plans, should be able to complete them from the basic plans in post #11. The Skhorn is 24"x32"x54", pictures of the bracing are shown in the early posts.

The Fb is 29Hz with all three ports open, 25Hz with 2 per side, 18Hz with one per side.
Vent velocity goes up with ports covered.

I was thinking about building few Skram subs with Ipal21 and ipal mod, but not sure if that would be sufficient upgrade since was expecting to halve the amount of boxes I usually use.
