Iwatched a crazy YT video today about stoopid people on the internet:
From Craigs List or Facebook, or whatever:
Seller: Selling my freezer.
Buyer: Dimensions?

Bought a new battery for my Audi A7 - bought on-line. The selling company (Tanya Batteries) have the easiest web-site to use, full acknowledgement received almost immediately and not long after their Courier company (DX) were in touch with all shipping and tracking details
Although a costly item the service and discount made it a satisfying experience.
😁

I used to have an unpleasant old lady customer; I made the mistake one day of greeting her with, "hola" and she then told me several times to, speak english, because she did not speak "Mexican". hahaIwatched a crazy YT video today about stoopid people on the internet:

Nvidia RTX 3060 12GB, so I can run some larger LLMs (currently limited by 4GB VRAM) and start playing with RAGFlow. There are many better cards out there, but for my budget this was the best choice.
Sansui d-350m deck and pioneer sx 424 receiver, one of nice ones in wooden coat, together with 4 nice audio power transformers.
Sansui tape deck and pioneer receiver are in good external shape, including receiver wooden cover, but both need attention, many hours...
Chalanging question, to repair or to cannibalize or to offer to whomever wants?

Looked a bit in detail on Sansui cassette player D-350m, they used 15 pcs of 2SA999 transistors just to trigger input buttons into controller (any transistor would do job here). These are extremely linear hfe over current small transistors with noise figure of maximum 2db, (average is not specified in datasheet).
Seems in old days it was cheaper to buy nice components in bulk than to bother picking right component for purpose, and increasing SKU's.
Anyway , these transistors together with dd capstan motor running @350rpm (which is good candidate for my TT upgrade) make this cassette deck good candidate for cannibalizing 🙂

50 shades of pink …. well, 2 shades to my Death Metal bass guitar from hell. And 2 tubes of pooth taste and too much sweets.
Hi Drbulj,
That is exactly right.Seems in old days it was cheaper to buy nice components in bulk than to bother picking right component for purpose, and increasing SKU's.
Makita 18V LXT High Torque Impact Wrench, 1/2" drive. Enough power for my needs, and I already have the batteries and chargers.
Could….Not…Resist!!!
I’ve been fantasizing about trying one of these for a while.
This one came up on the Audio Mart cheaper than I’ve ever seen one before. I nabbed it within a few hours of it being posted. The seller was inundated with responses.
I personally love the minimalist design. I hope the performance is as good 🤞🤞🤞

I bought an intangible... " Make a nut", a prerequisite class to allow use of the manual mills at our local maker space. Up next is "Make a bolt" for manual lathe clearance and then a CNC class to use the CNC mill/lathe.
Said screw it an ordered a MB, RAM, CPU, case and power supply to build a new workstation with the RTX 3060 mentioned a few posts ago. Original plan was to stick the GPU in my server and use it for AI only. For a few hundred more, I can build a whole workstation and use the GPU for various other tasks or fun as well as AI.
Hi NareshBrdChromenuts...spine arthritis update, please.
I’ll keep it short since it’s off topic.
My second epidural cortisone injection on New Years Eve made a big difference.
I am in physical therapy and stretching/exercising regularly.
I’m making good strides towards what I hope will be a lasting recovery if I keep at it and don’t do anything stupid. 🤞🤞🤞
I will be careful to not try and lift the Kuzma myself!
Thanks...
You could have posted an update on the thread you statrted, it would have reached out to all those who responded.
Think about it.
