The clue on the service mode is likely correct.

Hold stop/cancel button and while power on the player , now you are in service mode.
Mayby the stop/cancel button is constantly pressed.

Thanks Bram! Tried it, but nothing happened. Not Service Mode issue.Hold stop/cancel button and while power on the player , now you are in service mode.

Also tried it , not this issue. Actually, I swapped a working remote control board, unfortunately not this board issues. And I still suspect some IC issues or small caps problems?Disconnect this connector , maybe this remote control circuit is doing something
Well, just tested it again. When leds looping, I pressed play then get everything normal, no more looping! And turned on/turned off , again and again , all ok! But, after turning off about 5min then turn it on and it’s looping again…. Sounds like caps issues, not sure which part of them? Power board’s caps have been fully changed, all voltages are ok .do the other buttons work normally.
When you press play , the player leave the service mode...
Check the Display board for broken solder joints , check the 4094 , replace the 33µf , could also be a problem with processors reset the 1µf .
Advise check the capicitors on the audio and Servo board ;-)

Appreciate Bram! Yes. I think you pointed right way for me and give me a big hope to fix this issue!! Well, I will take time to do both then let you know how its going once done, Cheers FC2FC
Hi Bram, just finish the jobs, 2 caps of 1uf are ok and the 33uf is very low around 5uf ….exciting! After changed, unfortunately nothing happen! Sad again. I double checked its loops and found that if turned on it within 1min after normal playing, there are no loops . Due to this short time for normal working, so should not be cold soldering issue, still thought some small caps , also more like a chip issue? Thanks! When you press play , the player leave the service mode...
