A few of us have been discussing this 3 way XO in another thread. I am having a lot of trouble with the phase alignment between the woofer and the mid. I will post up what I have so far, all the files, and pertinent information.
The tweeter and woofer measurements were taken at the same y hieght of 675mm and the woofer was taken at its y height of 380mm
If anyone wants to take whack it, feel free to do so. This is my first proper 3 way crossover that has off axis design taken into consideration.
The z offset should be taken care of in the measurements.
The woofer is ported and the port and woofer have already been summated, merged nearfield with the far field, and diffraction applied to the near field.
The same goes for the mid.
The tweeter measurements are raw far field so the diffraction is built in.
I very much appreciate the help. I think it is very helpful to see other's crossover designs compared to mine to see what others do.
Thanks to SONCE, CABIRIO, A4E, and MARKBAKK for all they help they have given me so far.

I reloaded everything, this time including the off-axis measurements too, and I get the same response, see attached. Unless there's something else I have to do apart from loading the files and setting up the crossover, first time using VituixCAD...

DANGER! Impedance of your crossover is approaching zero ohms at 300 Hz!
You are overcomplicating with the symmetrical third-order filters. Start with second-order, and if the results are not satisfactory then try with third-order, one filter leg at the time - not all together at once!

Because of the huge 680 uF cap, probably.zero ohms at 300 Hz!
Got it, will switch. I was just playing around with this before I had to go run an errand so I didn't get much time.DANGER! Impedance of your crossover is approaching zero ohms at 300 Hz!

This is how you do it? Just set base measument to 0 and offset the ones that were measured differently? Good to know. I am still learningYtweeter = 0
Ymid = 0
Ywoofer = 380-675 = -295 mm
Cabirio,
Nope, still coming in wonky on my side of things. I wonder what is different. Maybe its in the options menu.
Sonce's comes in all wonky too. Can you try sonce's circuit and see how it comes in on your end? That can rule out if its just my setup or if we are all coming in wonky accross the board

In Options menu distance is set to 2500mm, which is very close to the actual 2300mm, so there will be no difference.Sonce, 2300mm is the listening distance in the room where these are going to be installed
Ahh yes I see that. Changed it and nothing changed. Still no answer though to why our circuits are not translating to each others sims properly. Means one or all of us has something set incorrectly. I am not seeing any difference now and we are using the same files
