Rather natural stupidity though. No, seriously, I'd pretty much prefer humans use the time and do art, music, sculpting and AI does coding, mindnumbingly boring serial tasks and sheer endless medical drug experiments to find the optimum dosage or substance combination. Instead right now it develops in the exact opposite direction.
I see it as a unique path, neither good nor bad.
At this stage humanity is doing this apparent nonsense.
