Digi-Key indicates upcoming availability of both 'T' and 'TF' versions in August-September timeframe. At least that's what I saw late last week.
I placed an order on Digi-key a few weeks ago, they changed the shipping date from 8th of August to 28th of August.

I placed my order with Digikey in January of 2022 (yes, last year). They were originally supposed to ship by March this year. That got punted to March of next year (2024). Then brought back in to July 4, 2023. Then Aug 8, 2023, and now Aug 28, 2023. I'll believe they shipped once I have them in-hand.

When I go to the TI website it tells me they have three models available with a total of more than 800 pieces available. Maximum orders of 10 pieces. I do have to log in to see that data.
The only problem I have had so far was trying to Reship parts to one fellow the shipping was more than $40!!!

That means it is a country based allocation, 800 is about 1 carton, or less.

I can't see them either. I know others can, but I can't. No idea why... QTY 10 wouldn't put much of a dent in my LM3886 need. I need 600 for the next batch of Modulus-686.

Digikey says the LM3886TF will ship in October so if you place an order with them there's some hope you'll have chips by Christmas.

August 28 comes early this year. I just received 475 LM3886T/NOPB from Digikey. They didn't even send me a ship notification - or if they did, I missed it.

Something like that. Or maybe just the result of a little planning. I placed this order eighteen (18) months ago(!). Either way, it's a relief for sure. I can now make more Modulus-86 stereo kits, Modulus-286, and start thinking about more Modulus-686.
Make that 495 LM3886T/NOPB, by the way. There were two more smaller ESD bags in the box with 10 ICs in each.

when i was on Digikey it showed 9000 as factory stock so may there is bump in production. God Bless us all with good yeild of parts and world peace
