Gents I’ve screwed up big time

Hoping that after you guys stop laughing and being angry at me you’ll offer me the advice I need .
So I’ve been recapping my Restek integrated with great success until I fitted the last capacitor when I got distracted and forgot to cut the tail from the newly installed capacitor, switched it on and all was well until I turned up the volume slightly then off it went and it won’t turn on now at all despite changing the 4 amp fuse and the relay next to the fuse .
Restek very kindly sent me a schematic.
I don’t have the money to get it repaired professionally so either I fix it or I bin it .
When I took out the main board the capacitor tail was touching another part of the pcb so I think i must have bent it when refitting the main board .
Could/would anyone please help me ?
There was no bang or anything like that.
I haven’t replaced the capacitor

Judging by unanswered previous requests, i doubt there are any available Restek service manuals or schematics out there. It seems standard practice in Europe and the UK at least, that technical details are only made available to authorised service agents. Restek however, require that you return the amp. to their factory, via a specialist local dealer. Transport is then free of charge but these dealers are all listed as being in Germany. Transport costs to and from the factory may be free there but too bad if you don't also live there and there is no equivalent service agency in your country.

There are a few specialist Restek dealers in the UK but if they don't use local repairers where necessary , I doubt they can offer the same free transport back to and from the factory. Service costs could wind up being very expensive.

Right, then maybe some difficulty with using a scanner or phone to capture an image. I get that too.
There is an issue with confidentiality too - Restek send you their IP as a favour and you splash it out on the web. Perhaps they requested he didn't do that.

Hi guys ,
I’ve stripped it down and located the capacitor and the part that the tail contacted ( arrow )
I don’t know how to fault find with a multimeter ( I could build you a house though 😁) I can follow instructions if told what to do .
I’d love to fix this by myself but if I can’t I will have to take it in for repair.
