I did a test with a 120x120mm cooler on the outside of the case and the temperature dropped considerably.
If I put the cooler, can I be more relaxed about heating?
One note, last night the amp played all night, I left the test cooler off to see if the amp would trip due to overheating or some other problem and I ended up waking up with it playing music beautifully.
