Hi y'all! New here but not entirely new to DIY audio projects.
My friends and I are looking for replacements for Toshiba 2SC3381 and 2SA1349 BJTs. There are forum posts with single package replacements over the years, but even those replacements are out of production. I'd like to avoid eBay or sketchy transistors if possible. If I'm not mistaken, the parameter we are having difficultly with is the DC current gain (hfe) classification we're looking for a minimum of 350.
Any help is appreciated, thank y'all!

HN1A01F-GR, HN1C01F-GR.
You will find a lot of similarities in the datasheets, other than being SMD.
What is not specified is the level of matching within the dual.
They are normally very good, but there are ~5% which are quite far out.
So you need to measure hfe.
And of course make your own adaptor PCB.
They also won't be there forever. So buy while you can.

there is another person who posts on this board selling legitimate NOS of these devices at a reasonable price and has been doing so for several years. try the search....

Porc above is a friend of mine, one of the ones I was referring to in my initial post. We are looking for 2x 2SC3381 and 2x 2SA1349 each, both GR preferably.
I understand it might not be cheap to ship to the US but depending on cost I might be OK covering it if you'd be willing to ship it.
