Retrieves coffee-table from Porch.

@ Boswald.

I am fairly unsure how to spell Galilea or Galilee? 😕

But it affects 39 across. Informal Greeting, 3 letters, *, E or A, *. Middle one the last letter of the place in Northern Israel: It's either E or A.

"Informal Greeting" I incline to E. So maybe its Galilee.

"Hey". Any better ideas? I am fed up with Crosswords.

First, there is no @boswald. I am not a place. I am a thing(what is this, Dr. Seuss?).

Second, you only think that Galilea is possible because of a pleasant old word in Eeenglish meaning meadow. But it is a large lake known as a sea because of the usual sloppy translation, and the region is named for it.

If you read the hebrew, the transliteration is quite satisfactory.

This reminds me on our clever bus driver, who wanted to spare the highway toll on a tourist trip. It caused us 2 x 80 km plus and a lot of time, although there was a height limit warning at the beginning of the road. It was fun turning around on the dirt track just after attempting to pass under the low bridge.
