As I'm building a little 24V linear psu for this project, I'm considering to use a second socket to feed the B1R2 (that will become B1T once Edcors arrive) since LT1084 is powerful enough. Is a 16VA xformer a right choice or better go for 30VA? Thanks

there is no replacement for displacement?
Mini Cooper got its share of Monte Carlo Rally
so, conclusion - best to have at least 500VA EI chunk, close to those signal xformers
disclaimer - in case of Iron Pre, with Good Gemini regs - there is no difference , as long you use decent xformer with enough VA (10VA)
for Peppennino's build of B1T, dunno what reg is used, so maybe it's best to go with 500VA
