Update on Gerber files
The error message relates to the polygons used in Eagle to create connections for the positive and negative supply rails and for ground. Their absence renders the rest of the board files useless. Time to learn a bit about Eagle, I suppose!

I managed to delete the (two) faulty polygons - let's see what comes back from the PCB makers.....
Where can i buy this quad pcb?Ah, missed that bit. Cheers. Presume this is how it connects on the amp board. (using the same wiring colours as before. Red to J3, Black to J4 and Green to J6)

I bought some via ALIexpress a few years ago, but they don't seem to be offered any more. I ended up using some Eagle files from the Bulgarian site mentioned to get new PCBs made (but not the original format boards).Where can i buy this quad pcb?
5.6k zener 6.2v not connected? Error on pcb layoutWhere can i buy this quad pcb?
This is quad405. and it is quad405 MK1.
The old version of quad405 is not 405-2 or above.
Because versions above 606 are not of this structure at all.
You should change your title.

This is a quad 909. Six power transistors and two current sources. This is quad405
Would it be okay to change quad 909 C9 and C11 psu decoupling caps to film caps, would a non-polarised cap be okay in this position
I have these kemet 100uf film caps:

How do you think the 909 would feel about a one ohm load. Some of my amps are happy with a 2 ohm load but struggle with anything lower. My old 405-2 seemed to get along quite happily with one ohm drivers
Do you know if 63 volts caps can be safely used in the 909 power supply. The stock caps in my 909 are capxon 80 volt 15,000uf. But dada say they use 63 volts. I think the 909 power supply is 57 volts but am not sure
