DIY Sony VFET lottery discussion

Hi Jason,

I replied an email from Elena last saturday, but I think something went wrong. I`ve not received my invoice, and have the same message in a PM from Helpdesk

I resent today my email to contact@diyaudiostore.com Please check you received it correctly. Thank you

Víctor

We have not received an email yet from you. I have checked the helpdesk inbox, as well as the source of our emails' spam folder etc, nothing. No problem, I have made a note of this, your slot is safe. The helpdesk will communicate with you via PM. You could also try sending your email from a different email address and see if that gets to us.

I'm giving up my spot. I don't really think I want to run a class A amp (even a tiny one) long term, and it doesn't seem fair to build it (the fun part!) and then sell it right away.

Good luck to the folks still waiting!

Sure thing. We have a few in the same boat. We haven't heard from a few people yet, which is not uncommon because forum email addresses are often out of date. We have been trying to reach people via PM where possible.

Today we'll be posting our "AWOL" list, and giving 24 hours for those people to make contact, after that we will recycle their entries and put those as well as a handful of valid winners like booja30 who have decided they would rather see another diyAudio member have their day in the sun (and thank you to them).

Hi all.
I have sent a few emails and received an invoice for 2 vfetkits plus some LSKs that I also wanted.
I'm sure the 2 vfet kits on invoice was a typo error but after sending a few emails I thought the invoice issue will be sorted but I havent received a response as yet.
I'm alittle concerned if I've done something wrong as I am quite looking forward to complete the transaction.
Can anyone shed some light on this matter?

PMs have now been sent in an effort to contact them.

Our helpdesk spam folder has been thoroughly checked, but sometimes mistakes happen. We use Google Apps for Work for our email back-end so we typically have excellent deliverability as well as receipt.

If you are one of these members, please reply to the PM which has been sent, and also check your email configuration, spam folder etc, and make any adjustments needed to receive emails from contact@diyaudiostore.com.

If we don't hear back in 24 hours, these tickets will be recycled.

Incredibly Fast processing and shipping!
Thank you to all involved 🙂
These output modules look lovely!
