Now I use binding posts because it was when I could not find a good ground screw and the ones I found were ridiculously expensive. But what became an extra good discovery was that my ground cable got a banana plug mounted because it became easier to mount and disassemble.

I wanted to use.
I usually choose a #8-32 screw passed through the case and locked down with nuts. Then the brass knurled nut is used to secure the wire or lug to the stud. Easy and cheap.
