Just finished my Aleph J today in the deluxe 5U case. Nothing too fancy on the outside, but dual mono on the inside. Great fun for my first project and sounds wonderful!

Thank you! I know it’s the oft-repeated phrase that “they’ve never sounded this good in their lives”, but it’s a whole new experience. It really brings out a few things with the speaker that are tough to listen to in a small frequency range (6-8k-ish) depending on the recording. But man, most things just sound crazy good. Of course, these are the only speakers, aside from a set of JBL bookshelf speakers, that I’ve ever owned, so I don’t know anything else. But what I heard was fabulous!
