Hi CK.

There is no feedback capacitor in the preamp. Panasonic FM/M/FS are all good choices.

What about c11, c12, c13 and c14?

Attached is the BoM in .xlsx format. Easy for uploading to Mouser. Only thing that needs to be changed/added is the 10mfd, 250v film caps for C27 and 28. Also, I chose 20K linear pot for a max 'signature' THD ceiling of 1%. Hope this helps.
