You need a small screwdriver, the ability to put the tip in the adjustment screw head, then turn CW/ACW to set the voltage. You may need a multimeter.
IIRC, Meanwells have a +/-10% adjustment, so a nominal 48v has the range of 43.2/52.8v.
At lowest adjustable setting a 48volt power supply will give an amp alot more than 36 volt without exceed the 48 volt limit ?

Obviously! 43.2v is 7.2v more than 36v and 4.8v less than 48v...

Just curious since there are other brands than Mean Well although many say it's the brand to go for

Are you serious?
36v plus 10% is 39.6v, 48v -10% is 43.2v.
Most reasonable/reputable manufacturers have websites where you can browse the spec, gather the information to make an informed decision.
Only you can determine which is 'better'
Yes im serious no reason to get a voltmeter (even when it's cheap) to use it 1 time
I have also heard this kind of power supply with a fan, doesn't turn on the fan when setting voltage under rated voltage, just a litle under max voltage.
Now i just have to deside to buy tyhe amp or the amp + 36 volt power supply or the amp + a power supply higher than 36 volt
I have too be a little more novice, what is the cable called from the power supply too the amp, i don't know what too call it, if the power supply doesn't come with a power cable for the amp i can use and have to google it.

Male Jack DC to Male Jack DC Cable 5.5 / 2.1mm 18AWG 1.5m - Audiophonics
Either 5.5mm x 2.1mm or 5.5mm x 2.5mm. The amp specs should tell you.
You then need to get the polarity right; normally centre +
You may need that multimeter after all...

I don't know much about class d amps but i like my fosi TDA7498E amp
The thing is if i buy the TPA3255 based amp from audiophonics i would like to alot more power and my TDA7498E amp and the TPA3255 has about the same power at 24 volt so to have more watt, 36 volt is minimum or a 3255 based amp
If the 3255 amp sounds better i don't know (never had one), i hope it does

It's 24-48VDC via Jack DC 5.5/2.5mm (Not supplied) at the amp
You need to strip it, the power supply doesn't take the same plugs as the amp
How the hell could i miss that it doesn't use a regular power mains,cable, a plug it in like a laptop power supply cable
Looks like it comes with the right type of cable (when buying with a eu plug)

A Laptop supply is kind of limited in power (80..100W max or so ?)... my understanding was that you're looking for more power from your speakers, if this is the case a laptop supply, was it 36V , is definitely not what you need here. (not mentioning there may be other concerns with a laptop supply...)
Your first idea on Meanwell is just one of the easiest ways to go.

When you decide, show us, we can make a simple diagram, a drawing indicating where and how to connect the cables.
Think seriously about purchasing a multimeter, it can be the simplest.
A cheap multimeter can save an expensive amplifier in case of a wrong connection to the power supply.

More power than my fosi audio TPA7498e based amp
24 volt both have almost the same power, there for too get more power too be able too play loud with less distortion or just further away from the amps max power,limit i would need at least 36 volt, the 3255 amp can handle 48 volt
My current amp almost has enough power but i need to use all of it when playing really loud, where a much more powerful amp would sound cleaner, have more dynamic headroom.

Where is the link to the TPA3251 amplifier you want to buy? What is the maximum voltage the seller / manufacturer indicates?
You have shown that you want a more powerful amplifier than the current one, I recommend you keep thinking about buying the TPA3255 which is more powerful.
