I can partially show the circuit diagram. I already showed the modulator, it does not differ from the previous model. I’m not showing the half-bridge driver yet, as this is at least some kind of know-how.
Now I am preparing documentation for the production of a trial batch of circuit boards in China, which will be available, including as a kit for radio amateurs in a few months.

Performance seems similar. This modulator shines at low volume and low frequency. Marketing arguments.
But hey, 0.15% THD at 5Khz high volume? I'm getting half of that with a 1st order modulator!!! haha

Your skepticism needs to be updated.
You were mistaken by 40dB, and maybe more.
Distortions at 5 kHz do not differ from 1 kHz in the band up to 20 k and 1/2 max power.
UсD 1 order from the patent of the respected Bruno gives 0.008% if correctly implemented, 20-20k up to 1/2P. Just not everyone knows how to cook it

In the video, a 500W power supply, and with a peak power above 400W, distortion naturally grows.
Near clipping, the loopgain decreases by 30dB, which just gives the desired 0.15%. (and due to the specifics of the limiter + some additional non-linearity) This is true for the output voltage below the supply voltage by 4V.
The other day I will definitely show a graph of distortions from power at 6 kHz for the version on silicon transistors.
