I am thinking that this would be a good candidate for an inverted polarity J2 at lower voltage and lower current for use as a headphone amplifier. Maybe cascoded as well for low voltage high current operation?
I bought two to satisfy my curiosity and just bought a few more as spares for a one-off build.
If you want to see any other curves or data, just ask.
Transconductance looks to be less than a typical LATFET. I will do that curve next.
