Boards arrived
Boards arrived today as expected - see photos.
Bare boards can be shipped right now, so I will be sending you PMs with payment instructions later today.
I am still waiting for the SMT parts, so the soldered boards have to wait a few days more.

I guess this is late now, did you happen to order any extra of anything? I am interested in 1 of each board with SMT soldering?
it is 235mm long and ~41mm wide. You can probably cut off the "Tape off" part, which will reduce the length by ~46mm.

The 16-step volume control requires IM06TS relays from TE Connectivity (Axicomm). These seem to be sold out everywhere... Perhaps anyone else also encountered this. Any suggestions for an alternative?
You can use instead relays with the same footprint from other manufacturers, such as Omron G6K-2P-Y or Panasonic AGQ20T. Part numbers should be:
IM06TS - G6K-2P-Y-DC12 - AGQ20T12 (for 16-step 12V)
IM07TS - G6K-2P-Y-DC24 - AGQ20T24 (for 16-step 24V)
If substituting relays for the 64-step board, keep in mind that PCF8574AT has limiting current value of 25mA per relay and 100mA in total. It drives six relays, so the rated coil current per relay should not exceed 100/6 = 16mA, and therefore the coil resistance must be upwards of 300ohm. IM23TS with its "ultra high sensitive" coil works, but G6K-2P-Y or AGQ20T would have the potential to exceed the PCF8574AT's specifications.
Yes, boards are available. Bare boards can be shipped immediately; SMT soldering would take a couple of days. I just sent you a PM.
Thanks! Another question (I am ordering parts anticipating the boards to arrive and doing some soldering during the holidays): did your SMT soldering include diodes D1-D4 on the back of the boards?
Yes, the diodes are soldered on the back. Note they are not really necessary for the 64-step board, as PCF8574AT has them built in, but I soldered them anyway.
