Yep - me, too! I got two pairs from Pras and a set of boards from Zen. Now I just need to find the time to put things together. Have a few other projects that are already in progress to finish first...
Question : Should I go for the THF-51S and the 2SK182ES? Is there one that is more suited to the sissysit or is it irrelevant? I think Zedmod said somewhere in this thread that the 2sk may be more suited to audio purpose.

ZM said that there are some sliiiiiiiiiight difference in measurements ...... if you have 8R speakers go with THF , if you have 4R speakers go with 2SK

I have some plans to try my own H , with Metglas cores , same I'm using in Iron Pumpkins
so , I chose L , as more general reference

I have personally not heard Cinemag 4Ls, having 4Hs in my SissySIT and the humble Edcors in my M2 (that one I built with Toshiba Laterals as output FETs).
I have to say that I am very impressed by the 4Hs - my SissySIT has a ton of detail and transparency 😀

I also have 4H - yep, a ton of details but with neutral characteristic.
Does not beautify sound. Bad recordings are heard that they are bad.
Incredible separation and precision. Micro-precision with incredible speed.
I can only imagine Metglas cores (which are even more neutral) in that place.😀

like any proper Engineer could say - once it's good enough , then it's good enough

)Is there someone that have take a listen to the two input buffer options yet? Wondering which one to try first. Not received all my part yet, just over-planning my next project 😉

stay with regular ( no Borbely WCF) , better sounding - at least for my ears
it is fun to have it as option maybe for few cases with extra cold sounding speakers but , as I wrote earlier, WCF is better when load to buffer is much tougher

Great, my tannoy dc8 are more on the dark/warm side so will go for the regular buffer!

There are 4 less now, just placed an order for a matched set of 4. Now I just need to see if ZM has and boards left.
From the moment I replaced the Edcor with the Cinemag the Sissy expressed its full potential. .... you can't give up Cinemag to let Sissy speak its original language
