Cabinet looks fine except pine isn't a good choice for cabinet material. Not dense enough. Try Baltic birch or MDF instead.

Yes, Pine is not a good choice for Cabinet acoustically so, I have given a try with MDF + Pine sandwich. I used MDF & Teak Wood (Attached Images) in my all builds.

Nice job and clever use of MDF edges to give a feature.
I can't see an issue with using pine as there is a layer of MDF on the inside plus it's a sandwich construction. Sure, not as good as some alternatives but I have done a similar thing on a baffle of a FAST speaker over a decade ago and compared to the same drivers with more suitable material I can't say I noticed any nasties.
I couldn't see a couple of things in the pics. The woofer needs a 45° chamfer behind the baffle to help with air flow from the driver and easy enough to add with a router and a reversed 45° trimming bit. I don't know if the enclosure has any bracing inside as the panels should not have more than around 350mm without additional support or stiffening.
Easy enough to add with some P2P from side to side or some stiffeners or cleats added. I've shown a couple of examples of what I mean.

I like the looks of your cabinets, the exposed MDF is a nice touch. Curious how you finished them (and the remaining details of the build, naturally). 🙂
How did you find this tweeter?
I'm looking for something moderately priced to replace some existing that I've already built baffles for but not finished the crossover - these meet the same physical dimensions, and the existing tweeters when I finally got around the measuring are tapering off way too early (it wasn't just my ears!)
