Hi Mile!Yes you can do it by yourself, use ETD49 core N97 material, wind 4 turns with 1,5mm wire for 50V secundar, turn 2-3m kapton tape for isolation and 12 turns with 1mm wire for primar...
For a symmetrical +/-50v did you used 2x4 turns in opposite winding?
Hi Mile!

Yes 2x4 turns but not in opposite windig. Just 4 turns with double wire and connect first from one to the last of second coil for central tap (gnd).
But what is this soft start aux.secondary?
24V DC fan for cooling
And onother for aux +/-15v.....many coils difficult winding...24V DC fan for cooling

I can't see any protection circuit.
First step is to identify the cost.If isn't near the commercial one, maybe i will give a try.
Is this a tested or a beta version?😉

here is a final version of APEX regulated PSU made fine tuned with transformer snubbers and the premium wago 256-402 connectors for the o/p. The layout is single sided and can be etched at home. Or can be produced at boardhouse as a 2 sided layout.

Good work Prasi!
Q1 and Q3 types swapped around ? but that should be obvious to any builder.

Thanks EssB,
Yes, a mistake in arrangement of labels. Its now corrected.

Wouldn't zener diodes of 5.6 or 6.2 volts (and appropriate output votage dividers) preferable, due to their better tempco?

Well, it depends on the desired output voltage. Für roughly the same voltages as in the original schematics (which aren't given, though...) either increase R3 and R10 to 33k or decrease VR1 and VR 2 to 470 ohms and R4 and R6 to 680 ohms.

Erm, I'm wondering: The thread is about single supply amps with output capacitors. All of a sudden, we're discussing split supply PSU's now?

Business as usual, I'd say. Threads started by Apexaudio show a strong tendency to derail after a while.
