Call it the SIT-2s for all the twos. Two jfets, two primaries, two secondaries and two output transistors. Keeping in mind the CCS could be a resistor or a mosfets that doesn't amplify.
More about the visual symmetry for me. 🙂

SIT-2-ation?
We have "DIY Sony VFET" for the first DIY VFET amp.
How about "DIY Solo Sony VFET", or "DIY Sony Solo VFET", or "DIY Sony VFET Solo" for the single ended amp?

VFET Sony's Rare 2SK82 (KD-33) N-CH 1 piece | eBay
Although picture shows 2SJ28.
Update: I asked and they are 2SK82 KD33.

Dang...wished I had known about it so I can snag a couple.
That is a listing from Acroman so I would have some confidence in it.
Hopefully those parts will make their way into amplifiers soon.
Cheers,
Dennis
