Here is a screenshot of the design to be printed. There are a few minor modifications like adding VAS and O/P device pin labels and some top-layer texts. The circuit is essentially the same as in Post#1.

Not essential. But matching is welcome for the small signal and the medium sized tranistors. Again, very close matching is not required. 🙂
