[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]It depends on the needs, but with a power supply of 260 VDC, a CCS of 5 mA and -4 volts for the bias could provide a good response.[/FONT]

I'm putting together some cathode followers running 250V and 5mA per triode soon, it is indeed a good operating point, and with a CCS feeding down to a -12v rail, and a DC bias servo, will make a nice buffer.
