I would be grateful if you could express their opinions or simply help me in choosing right driver.
I am considering a project that I could live or longer to play for years. The room is modest 20m2
speakers are to be 3 way and made with tweeter AMT Mundorf AMT23CM1.1R and dome midrange Tang Band 75-1558se I have managed to buy buy for silly money.
Good friend of mine who builds speakers suggested to do 3 way with some good tweeter / mid dome and 8 pro midbas like Fane 8-255 or Eminence Beta 8A, and gain the total db instead of taming midrange&tweetr to get right spl, and then recharge that 3 way with sub & dsp
I will be happy with healthy F3 at about 35-40 with really good kick at 80-120hz.
So the goal is to find a woofer that could play from 40hz to approximately 600 Hz where probably it would be necessary to cross mid dome.
I know that the solution of powered bottom and proposed midbass probably would play great, however, speakers are used daily with av receiver and TV and for "music lisnening session" i plug them to my tube amp, so while using with AV receiver I could potencially use some subwofer but my tube amp doesnt have that output which means additional costs, equipment ,mess with wires and most possibly dissatisfied woman
midrange and treble are about 90dB, so if Im right ,bass ideally would need to be aprox 94db when BSC is factored IN ...
Bass cabinet shouldnt be bigger than 80L.
I looked at VOLT B250.8 great driver but it`s not sensitive enough ,the faital 12PR300 is about 98dB and looks interesting.
Do you guys think that this 12PR300 could be good for the job? Or any other ideas?

The Great heil ? its can play quite well to 1200, in fact the ESS AMT1 series had them crossed as low as 800 hz if I recall. These can play down that low, but those AMT1 series have a nice big gap in freq response between ~500 and 1000 hz. But you can pair up with a woofer that covers that range well and be good with a 2 way.
The other 4.5" heil was crossed a bit higher, I think 1200 in the ess 10 or 8 or something I had. Rear mounted 12" radiator with a 10" woofer in the front in a traditional BOX cabinet.
3 way may be more complicated than its worth. Heils do fine 1200-18k.

2- 8 ohms in parallel will give you 6db gain. 3 for doubling up the membrane surface and 3 more for halving the impedance.
The Mundorf AMT's are really something special. Slightly cheaper alternatives are the new ScanSpeak Be domes at around $280 each.
One big difference is the radiating pattern. The AMT's having a larger surface area are not known for very wide dispersion (great for me!) , while the dome tweeters are.

I bet that is a good sounding loudspeaker. Is that somthing that you built?? If it is it deserves a thread of it's own.
The 12PR100 will give you an F3 around 50 Hz (vented, 65 liters), and 95 - 96 dB/1 watt before BSC (as measured by my Woofer Tester 2). By factory specs the Beyma 12BR70 should get to 40 Hz but will give up about 2 dB/watt and need 85 - 90 liters. Might be a workable driver for you, never heard one myself.

Yes it's my current studio monitor design used for amateur-mixing/-mastering - and I love them.
As I don't have any documentary of the building process I don't think a dedicated thread would be of much more additional value.

I am still searching , and havent decided for bass option, anyone maybe had any experience with VOLT BM251.3 ?
on their website, it says driver should do 47hz at -F3db in 50L BR
