Welcome back to the sewer, HNY, Stajo.
(You need exercise of your thoracic vertebrae ligaments. If one vertebra gets stuck, it influences the position of the cervical vertrebrae. Which in turn cramps up neck muscles on one side, the posterior trapezius muscle, which causes the headache. Also avoid long car drives, watch your body posture at all times)

Thank you. Is that in the pharynx?
Which as it turns out is a whole lot more than sitting up straight. I am now very conscious of doing things in alternating manners. For example, when you dry your back with a towel, you usually have one arm high and one low. Try doing it the other way. Awkward at first but you will realize the value soon enough. This applies to so many things. I am now more pain free than I was when I was in my 30's.watch your body posture at all times)

Like putting the towel on the floor and doing it doggy style?

Peeing?
NoNoNoDoDo.
[He'd get a kick in the butt for that!🙂...Anyway he is house-trained.😉
First stand there and shaken shake (the whole body), then roll on the towel on you back whilst anyone present says
"Who's a good boy then"
😀😀😀
Can't you just see it?

Cal, Pal, one of these days you'll have to post a piccy of you in the shower, sans durian.
(you're free to think of it as evidence)

No, but the mechanism I described can also give you a sore throat, I'm serious.
(drinking can too, I'm not serious)
Edit : whatever happened to the good ol' wash rag shag ?

(If you encounter a painful or stiffy jaw, it'll also be your neck's fault. Mandibular condylars/condyles are part of sorta free-floating joints, neck issues make them displace from the mandibular seat of your skull's temporal bones. Time to go see a naprapathy/physical therapist manipulator again. Real men have to be able to chew their booze)

Jaw is starting to loosen up btw
