What are you Watching?

Not sure I can say. There's a person who's thinking about me all the time. Stalking me. Talking about me at every opportunity when he should be minding his own business (if he has any). A real sicko. A destroyed psyche. Terrible spectacle. Can't watch it anymore.

As long as the stalking stops I don't mind to be taken as a fool, as somebody who's gone mad. One more thing, if you ever (yes YOU) try to stalk me again your days on this forum are finished. You know I can do it. So stop it. OK I've said my piece, now I'm truly gone.

I will miss you guys. George, I'm truly sorry for my foolishness. I know some things I have said in the past may have offended you. I was just fooling around. I like you (as a person, I'm no stalker hehe). Goodbye.

I just watched a movie on TV, really interesting plot. The main character looked somewhat familiar, his name was on my lips, but I just couldn't come up with it.
A bit like Albert Finney, I can shake his name from my sleeve, but when I see him on screen I draw a complete blank.

When it was time for the closing credits, I noticed the TV had been turned off all the time I'd been watching the screen.
Fun movie it was, though.

You know what's your problem? Guys like you think they can outsmart everybody. That's always the demise of guys like you. Of course you have to play the fool now, I understand that. But don't push me because I'm in no mood today for more BS from you. You keep pushing and I'll go all in. It's going to be nasty.

If you have a grudge send him a PM. IF I hear read any more of this personal insult I will have to report the posts. In fact I am surprised that you have not already been sin-binned for your similar attack on another forum.

..now you know how JC must feel on occasions! :joker:

Auntie thinks you are such a clever young man........but she thinks that about any man under 67.

Back to topic. A friend who is into pop and watches the UK version of X-Factor insisted that I watch this years winner. I was amazed at her performance and for a 17 year old she certainly has a great future ahead of her.

OK, own up fanboyz - who's already stood in line for the latest episode of that silly little space soap opera?

You know the one

My daughter and son in law will be visiting from Bermuda over the Christmas Holidays, and since "The Martian" in iMax 3D will be gone from the Nat Geo Theatre by then, there's already talk of making a family outing of it. My son is convinced he can Jedi mind trick his mom into sitting still for almost 3hrs - "may the force be with you, Brian" is all I can say about that.

My wife watches it and I took notice of 2 or 3 of the female performers this year. There was mainly dross to begin with, but uncharacteristically they were all sent packing.

The girl in your video is very good at singing and also quite easy on the eye, which of course could not possibly have influenced my judgement of her talent! 😉

Well Gordon. I checked your creds on your personal details. From your former work it appears that you are perfect for this site! Perhaps you could look in on the JC 'Blowtorch' thread and give us your professional opinion? Another to check out is the Resistors thread in the Lounge. 😉

And - when anything is happening, the 'Pass Pub' can be worth a pint or two! 😀

[Raining heavily down here this morning and v. windy].

Feh.

We've been binge-watching Curb Your Enthusiasm (on non-football nights). Don't ask why we missed it when it first came out. The story arc about The Producers was brilliant- the surprise conclusion of it was just masterful, at least if (like me) you have the original movie just about memorized.

The TV adaption of Childhood's End aired this week. It would have had to be much better to even qualify as dreadful.

"Get on Up" - produced by some guy named Jagger - re James Brown

say what you will about the Godfather of Soul as a human being, or even his music, but there's no question as to his legacy, and jeezusmurphy if Chadwick didn't inhabit that role, I don't any actor ever has done with any
