This DC protect have AC off detect circuit to fast switch off relay and about +/-1V DC detect circuit.

The question is what is the probability that the output of the amplifier have +/-7V DC offset. Many protections have similar circuit for dc detection (working amp have output DC offset about +/-50mV max and broken is on rail voltage about +/-50V). If necessary I can modify circuit to have the +/-1V DC sensitivity.

It has already been done in the previous post, and this DC detect is from F100 PSU+Protect.

AC is 2x25~40v from main transformer, protect can be use with any amp.

By the way, will this circuit also protects the output transistors(amplifier unit) if ever the speaker terminal or the speaker itself shorted?

Yes if PRO pin is connected to emiter of NPN output transistors in positive rail.
