Hi all, i'm new on the forum, and a newbie in the costruction of audio amp, i'm interested to make one with this board to use as a guitar power amp, i have purchased it yet.
The amp works with 4 and 8 ohm, but i sometimes find 16 ohm cabinets at the concerts, will the amp work aniway or i'll risk to destroy it?

Your name is the same as the +/-53v power supply.
16ohms won't cause damage - you just may not be able to drive max power. Also the LC filter on amp is tuned for 8 or 4 ohms. You can parallel two 16ohm speakers for 8ohm.

Thank you for your answer, i tested it with the connex smps300re, but it seems to have less power than the one i made first, a tda7498, running into one channel leaving the other with a dummy load connected, both at 8 ohm, is it possible?
If you used the same smps300re for the TDA7498, Max voltage is 32v. The IRS2092 needs 55v version to get max power.
The specs on the website say only +/-50v is needed.

Both are close to 75w into 8 ohm I believe with voltages you mention. 200 watt 8 ohm isn't possible half bridge irfi4019h if graph IR is accurate, maximum according to that graph by IR ~ 150w 8 ohm.
So the irs should have more power but i can't understand what's the problem, i ordered one of this to give a last try.

This is a class AB amp, an Accuphase clone. Most probably need a relatively large heat sink and a beefy linear PSU.

That looks like a nice option with mostly thru hole components vs all the SMT's used on the subject amp. I have not used this one yet. I am on a class AB LM3886 kick at the moment and got a second unit to finish off my 4 channel active setup so I can a real comparison of sound quality from all class AB vs TPA3116D2 or TDA7498 powered 3 way.
The class AB's are a real eye opener with the amount of heat burnt off on the heat sink.
I should also put the class AB against my IRS2092 as that has very very low HD on paper.
