Hello actually I want it to do that keep "alignments" but, I was trying to avoid "jumpers" the best I can and this is the result, on this prototype layout I omitted C30,C34,C4,C5 is no on the PCB "I have to fix that"
having all align does not always work, and it is really hard to keep all align and neat and that is why take so long to do
puff !
I will continue then and save this one, is all connected as the schematic and I have to keep checking.🙂
At my surprise
this PCB does not have any jumpers this time, does not look beautiful but I want it to be functional, the air coil L1 2.2uH I try to keep it away from small signal transistors the best I can as Carlos mention many times.
The reason why I chose top mount with the "L" shape adapter is because 15W of nice sound does not really need to be enormous just right or better said correct, this is my opinion of course 😛 ok guys have a good day have fun 😀

Juan

So what do we call this one? Super Super A?
Don't know Terry for now I call it Dx Super AI 🙂 Carlos will decide 😛
I was also making a PCB power supply here not done yet this is multiple cap size power supply

Thanks a lot by your effort.

Carlos
thanks man 😀 I have to keep looking for bugs as you can see I also made a monster power supply 😛 I also have been looking at this Quad PCB I like the style of traces on this PCB so I'm combining styles, is kind of late bro I have to go and Zzzzzzzz 😀

The speakers I built from a German kit https://web.archive.org/web/20011004004545/http://www.lautsprechershop.de/hifi/bau_ex2m.htm
No so efficient,so they like lots of watts for breakfast.
The amplifier case is salvaged from an old medical device (kidney stone smasher!). I just need to tidy up the loose ends now.
Cheers

I have suggest those fixes" CAPACITOR //FEEDBACK RESISTOR " and increased value L filter ,at November 2013.It is a Dx Super A with the Dx Super A feature switched off, current adjusted to 70 mA per rail, 25V supplies (from 20 to 30 volts), can put ou 25/50 watts RMS at 8/4 ohms, made to the highest possible audio quality.
Total harmonic distortion is 0.000145% ..... much less than the usual 0.003%
Circuit is attached and also i am posting the link to the video made in Portuguese language...but it is a result of Simulator images...of simulation...so... real language is electronics, instruments and waveforms and you can forget the language and you gonna understand...for sure you will...you can even switch off the audio.

Hi Juan ,i think this is better way.🙂
uhmm ... I didn't thing about that nice, the idea of me making this layout is to have a simple power supply board that can accommodate 5 different sizes of capacitors 25 mm 30 mm 35 mm 40 mm and even 50 mm in diameter I'm a layout freak is no doubt about it 😀 so I spend maybe a few days making sure that the angle of the pads are correct is basicly 30 degree angle for the must larger 40 and 50 mm dia caps, also since we only use 40V to max 55V for the amplifier we use I decide to use terminal blocks style and have more than 2 connections to now 4 to GND VCC and VEE "maybe this sound a bit "loco" but this is what I want to do, plus I thought about instead of having 6 to 8 10000uF why not just 2 x 22000uF caps only 4 caps = 44000uF I think is good enough "yes I know there are formulas for that this is just an idea" 😛
now that you mention that wow good stuff I can then place a top copper for you idea recommendation and have the other at the bottom even better Thimios thank you 🙂
I will make the changes today and post it later on man 🙂

It is OK the name you're using Juan
Go on with your enjoyment...this is what makes life sweet...go ahead!
It is not Super A because this one has a patent and has a different circuit...our unit is simple, it is Dx Super A not Super A.......so...not changing the prefix it is all right to me.
Take a look...... Dire Straits cover playing in the streets of São Paulo, Brazil,.... inside the amplifier case you have a circuit alike Dx Amplifier and alike Hugh Dean Aksa 55
